Grand Central
Okay, so I have to tell people about this great service called Grand Central it is awesome and I have been using it for a few months now.
Basically it sets up a number for you that can have call you at your other numbers, basically it call forwards you if you want. It is simple and powerful! I use it for business in Virginia. I don't have to give out my number to anyone, and it is a local call for most people to me.
On top of that it has a slew of useful features, such as call screening, recording options and live listening on voicemail (which is really fun to use)
Setting up the account is free and it is worth trying. A detailed review will come later!
